Board Meetings
Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02(A) Camelback Education, Inc. hereby states that all notices of the meetings of Camelback Academy will be posted at Camelback Academy located at 7634 W Camelback Rd., Glendale, AZ 85303 and on our website. The location is open to the public Monday – Friday from 7:30am – 4:15pm. Such notices will indicate the date, time and place of the meeting and will include an agenda or information concerning the manner in which the public may obtain an agenda for the meeting.
A copy of the agenda for the meeting will be available at 7634 W Camelback Rd., Glendale, AZ 85303, via email at kkordon@cbak8.com, or by calling 623-247-2204.
Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02(H), the Board may discuss and take action concerning any matter listed on the agenda.
Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3) the Board may vote to go into Executive Session, which will not be open to the public, for legal advice concerning any item on the agenda.
